Baxters  Farm is owned by Devon County Council. As the Planning Authority EDDC has produced a draft development brief to inform any development proposals that may be put forward when it is sold.

Views on the draft are sought by  Monday 10^th September 2018.

Musbury Parish Council has organised an open meeting with EDDC Planning officers. All interested residents are invited to attend. This will be held in the Village Hall at 6pm on Wed 15 August
