The University Of The Third Age (U3A) has a rich variety of activities to suit all tastes from language classes to archaeological and philosophical studies, and from art and craft groups to music appreciation, creative writing and book groups. The Lyme Regis U3A has a current membership of approximately 600, and is one of the largest U3A groups in the country. Further local U3A centres are: Honiton U3A, Chard, Ilminster and District U3A and Sidmouth U3A.
Trill Farm run a wide variety of residential and day courses, covering Health and Wellbeing, Natural Remedies, Organic Farming and Smallholding, Rural Skills, Building Sustainablility and Eco-Textiles as well as a number of children’s activity days.
