Musbury Show 2021 Cancelled

Unfortunately, after much deliberation, the Show Committee has decided to cancel the 2021 Musbury Show on Sat 14th August. With time running out to arrange the show, doubt as to the Village Hall regulations and the continued spread of the Covid virus this was considered the best option.

The Veg Plot competition is still going ahead and entry forms are available at the Spar shop until Fri 23rd July and judging will take place on Wed 28th July.

Church Update July 2021

Church ceiling repairs are now complete and scaffolding is down. A ‘Spring Clean’ has now taken place although this will be ongoing as the dust settles. Literally!

The good news is that the Church will, from Monday 5 July, be open everyday for private prayer and visitors. Normality at last!

Musbury Primary School Fundraiser

Musbury Primary School are collecting for a charity fundraiser for our PTFA to replace the playground. If you have any textiles that are in good clean condition, we would really appreciate them.

We can collect clothes, shoes, bags, soft teddies, linen, towels, bedding, curtains. Sorry no bric-a-brac.

If you have some textiles you would be happy to donate, we are collecting all through June. We have lots of drop off points in Musbury, including the school, and if you can’t get to us then we can collect from your doorstep.

Contact the PTFA chair Daisy Forster for more information/to offer donations.
