Visit to Cothelstone Manor

Afternoon trip with Musbury Garden Club to Cothelstone Manor, a grade 2* listed historic house in the Quantocks, not normally open to the public. It dates from the early 1600s.
Leaving Musbury around 1pm we will take the coach to arrive in time for the start of the programme:
2.00pm – Arrival and welcome to the Manor
2.15pm – History and tour of the Manor, Gatehouse, Gazebo and grounds (the latter weather permitting)
3.00pm – short walk to church (located immediately behind the Manor) – history of church
3.45pm – Relax in the Galleried Hall, Drawing Room and Dining Room or Gardens and enjoy Tea with homemade sandwiches and cakes.
Expected back in Musbury approx. 5.30-6pm
