Festive Ferret Fun

Musbury Garden Club’s annual party this year will feature charity ferret races and table top games, curry from ‘Spice and Rice’ and home-made desserts, a raffle and, above all, the chance to get together for the start of the festive season.
Members £5; Guests £7.50 PRE-BOOKING ESSENTIAL
As numbers will be limited Members and their guests will have priority. Please book (and pay) early!
The ferrets are coming from Kingston Maurward College.
They will take part in 5 races which have been sponsored by Trill Farm, Axminster Tools, Mole Avon, Groves Nursery, Reflections Hair and Musbury Spar.
Other support has been gratefully received from Otter Nurseries, Co-op Seaton, Tesco Seaton and Tesco Axminster.
Tokens will be on sale at £2.50 for a bag of 5. All proceeds from the races (and from the raffle) this year will go to Hospiscare.
Each token will be numbered. Before each race you can chose which ferret or ferrets to support by putting your token/s in the appropriate bucket. One token will be drawn from the bucket of the winning ferret; if it’s your number you’ve won the prize. Remember – it’s all for charity!
