Baxters Farm Development Brief meeting

Interested residents are invited to an open meeting with EDDC Planning officers to hear views on the recently published Development Brief for Baxters Farm.
Baxters Farm is owned by Devon County Council. As the Planning Authority EDDC has produced a draft development brief to inform any development proposals that may be put forward when it is sold.
Views on the draft are sought by Monday 10th September 2018.
